Text Messages
These terms and conditions apply to anyone who agrees to receive informational text messages from or on behalf of SoftDial One LLC ("SoftDial," "we," "us," or "our").
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive informational messages related to our services, such as: service updates, notifications, appointment reminders, billing communications, and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary based on your specific needs and interactions with our services.
Opt-In
When you opt in to the service, SoftDial will send you an SMS message to confirm your enrollment. By opting in or texting us, you agree to receive text messages from us.
By agreeing to receive text messages, you confirm that the mobile phone number provided is yours and that you have the right to use it.
Opt-Out
You may stop receiving text messages from us at any time. To cancel the SMS service, text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message to acknowledge your request and unsubscribe you from the service. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to opt back in, you may do so by following the original sign-up process.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted to our website, and you agree to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the SMS service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
